Hi I am suppose to restart dns server to install the update and will have to fillin impact form. I have done my research about update. Can someone tell me what can go wrong when we restart dns server . Updates are safe

Hi some of our users are using office 365 outlook on google chrome and cannot add additional calendars, when I click on add calendar, I am prompted to name the calendar folder and then have to right click on it to get the option for sharing and permissions which share my calendar,but I still cannot see the added calendar even though If I add it through outlook app , I can see the calendar on google chrome as well. Is there something I am doing wrong/missing , please advise.

Email does not get forwarded with message 'Operation failed'

Hi I have two users who cannot forward the emails in HTML format. We have to change the format on forwarded message to Rich text manually to send it. I have deleted the profile and old ost file but it has not make any difference. Outlook version is different for both. I ticked ‘ Read all standard mail in plain text’ under option – Trust Centre- Email Security but we loose images and signatures which are important. I have changed ‘compose messages in this format’ to Rich Text. Outlook is opening new messages in Rich text but not the forwarded messages. I have unticked Add-ins, but it has not made any difference. Thanks in advance

HiI have HP M605 printer which would need new maintenance kit soon and also have spare printer where maintenance kit is 50 %. so I want to exchange replacement kit from old printer.I am assuming as long as I change the fuser, I should be Ok , there is no issues with paper getting jammed or not getting picked up.
