Hi We are small private company in two storey building with 3 fob reader. Two a are connected to our paxton net2 v6 server. Fob reader form main is connected to other company’s system. We have been told that our Net2 client does not have functionality to pick up fob reader details from other company's network. their public IP address has been whitelisted with following ports open for UDP and TCP traffic 9999, 10001,30718,6474 / 6475,6476/6477 We have Net 2 Version 6.00.7619.6120 Can you please advise which client version would be suitable for this purpose. I have been given public IP address to make a connection attempt from our net2 client. Can anyone please advise how would I do it. Only place I can see is in Net2 server configuration -tcp/ip node which is for network interfaces which are our two doors. Ip address is whitelisted in firewall. Thanks in advance Regards

Hi I have intel dualbased wireless which keeps loosing the internet connection as we are using it with tv screen to display call volumes. I think it it due to inactivity, I have disabled ‘allow the pc to turn off the device.......’ . Allow this device to wake..... option is greyed out. PnpCapabilities are set to 24. Laptop is up to date and always plugged in . In power management settings are set to maximum performance. Can anyone advice what I am missing Thanks in advance

Bios firmware is already up to date as I get message saying Bios image file is same as bios rom. I have increased the memory from 8 to 16. Once CPU activity is in range of 50 , fan start to make noise. what should be my base to ring Lenovo. ( you might think it is stupid question but for me it is not - I would open he case saying that fan is making too much noise)

Hi everyone I have run the test, harddisk test passed without making any noise, Fan ran throughout the memory and cpu test. During cpu test, fan speed was normal but, during memory test , fan was almost on full speed. I have attached the test results. Please advise.

I have decided to run Individual Lenovo Diagnostic tools on the laptop , lets see how it goes.

Laptop does not have dvd player, it is almost one year old.

I opened the laptop yesterday to clean the fan, could not find anything suspicious inside.

Laptop already has ssd drive but it is Lenove lense30256gmsp34meat3ta Goolge guru is showing alot of comments about it but I am getting the impression that Lenovo does not acknowledge the problem.

Hi guys Laptop user is claiming that laptop is making grinding noise now and then. I have cleaned the fan and open the lots of files to get the memory and cpu usage above 90%- Laptop started to make the noise again. Do you think that increasing the memory to 16 GB would make some difference. Laptop is Lenovo ThinkPad L480,processor Core i5 with 8GB Thanks in advance.

Hi guysI need advise/help again. We have shared mailboxes on office 365 which needs archiving as pst file every 3 months.That part is done now I need to clean up the mailbox but cleanup option has apparently disapeared from options. It is available for my personnel mailbox but not for shared mailbox.If I click on settings, I cannot find any cleanup mailbox option even for my personal mailbox but could see it with this old link I fould on internet https://outlook.office.com/owa/?path=/options/mailboxcleanup# I modified above link for mailbox and it is still picking up new setting link.New link for settings is following and i cannot see cleanmailbox option under it.https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/mail/layoutNo licesnce is attached to this mailbox and please do not ask me to attach any as it is not possible. No sure if it is right forum Hi Can anyone please explain what would be the effect of samsite coockies policy on user browsing My understanding is that Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4534271) update will enable samesite cookies policy on google chrome which means that 'SameSite=None' will change to 'SameSite=Lax.' I know it could be very stupid question what how it will affect the user browsing i.e accessing the websites . Would we have to add some website in trusted list for normal users.

Thank you guys, might be one one last question. We have just one DHCP server, so I have written in impact form that PCs will start getting disconnected from domain after some time if dhcp service stop working/ did not get restarted. Please confirm it.

Sorry for late reply , dns is installed on primary domain controler. We have secondary domain controler as well. I will restart the sever out of service hour. I am lol to put on impact form. User would not be able to login if server did not boot up I have checked and other two days have dns service running on them and dns role is installed as well.
