We've just had 2 of these arrive - switch them on to a blank screen! I can just about see the windows setup dialogue from the right angle and can't adjust the brightness, anyone else had this problem? Possible fixes or are they just defective? It's like there's no backlight?

Hi, We're working with these DfE laptops trying to figure out how students can submit work on SMHW - they should be able to attach files directly from OneDrive, but when you click on the 'Add attachments' button the drop-down option for OneDrive is hidden. Anyone seen this before or figured out a way around it? Tried it on PC too and same problem, tried zooming out, still cuts off the rest of the drop-down... I've attached an image for clarity!
