Hi We received and email from Wonde informing us that the current serice is now Wonde Premium and they now offer a Wonde Basic service that will be free, but I cannot find anywhere that shows what Wonde Basic will provide and whether or not it is good enough for the school to continue using for the connector to their MIS. Has anyone ese received this email or does anyone know of a comprehensive list comparing the two? Thanks Steve

Hi All I was wondering if anyone had managed to fix or overcome the iOS issue where you cannot enroll or manage iPads from the newer Mac OS versions and their equivalent versions of Server, (I think it is/was Catalina onwards) as I have a school with a whole bunch of iOS devices that cannot be managed. I know other MDMs are a solution but I was trying to just get these old devices working.

I didn’t try UAC elevation but I was logged in as both domain and local administrators of which neither worked.

The software runs but it doesn’t detect the sensor. I tried a couple of different LogBox drivers, a few different ISB to serial drivers and a couple of versions of DataDisc. The software starts fine, it just cannot see the LogBox. I tested on 4 separate laptops but I didn’t try comparability mode due to it starting ok.

Hi What is the software that you are using, as I am trying to get this working with Windows 10 at one of my schools and I am not getting anywhere. Thanks
