I am currently looking at the demo, it appears to be a mammoth. I don't like is the user interface which seems to be outdated and too much Microsoft-ish. Resembles good old Microsoft Access 2007! Anyhow this is not very important, although it gives you and idea of the age when the UI was designed. What I am shocked more than anything else, is the cost which gradually soars as soon as you add modules, and the complete lack of adaptations, since the Italian SIS market is out of scope. Our school district manages multiple curriculums, international and local, the latter with compliance restrictions which is challenging. If I may ask, what would be your MIS choice, if it was only up to you?

Nice! I'll seek for your tips should we get on the iSAMS bandwagon :-)
-
That's great, this way you can create real complex queries!
-
From what I undesrtand, with SSRS you are basically using SQL syntax to build reports? This adds a huge flexibility as long as you have some SQL logic knowledge. I wonder if you can customise your report layout without asking an iSAMS technician to do so. For us, both option would be easypeasy to manage

Wow! Do you mean that reports are only updateable on their end? That's quite bad! We're interested in: Admissions Teachers covering system Payments and invoicing system Integration with third party utilities such as Schoolcloud Club and Events and Parents Evenings

Hello, would be nice to know what are the major likes and dislikes within the iSAMS users community, to get a glimpse from real worlds users. What are the best and worst features? Daunting tasks? What do you regret from your previous MIS?

Thank you for taking me to that chart! According to Schoolbase representatives, 240 schools are using their MIS. Is the provided chart showing a subset of schools? -

As the subject states, what are your plus and minuses about schoolbase? Advices? -
Anyone using one of the mentioned systems? Pros and cons? Bromcom has a host of features, Schoolbase is nice and has some interesting features, maybe it lacks the analytics offered by Bromcom which are running through PowerBI. Any thoughts appreciated!

We've just started a strong review and comparison of MISes for our district. Evaluating Gradelink, Rediker, iSAMS,WCBS, Classe365, BromCom, SchoolBase, Engage, MySchool Unfortunately, as an international school, we're not entitled to get Arbour, who focuses only on British state schools. On paper, Bromocom and iSAMS look like the strong contenders, particularly on features and interoperability with other tools & brands. Bromcom UX very strong. Classe365 and WCBS, neat user interface, but below the leaders as for features. Will update while we go through

We're looking for a new SIS for our school. The school is going to embrace IB programme in highschool from September onwards. Is manageBac really required or are there any IB programme compliant MIS which make ManageBac useless? We'd rather be using only one MIS for all, pre-school, primary & secondary, including IB in highschool

How is Engage MIS working in your school?

Since what age pupils could use the system? Did this cause queues at the entrance/exit?
