  1. For fire drills, do you print out a paper copy of attendances or just use the app?
  2. Thanks bobsmith, there is one iPad per class at the moment. I was worried that if the teacher and teaching assistant were away at lunch then we may struggle to access Evac on an iPad as we do not know the passcode. We do use SIMS.
  3. Hi all, Hope you can help. We are currently setting up inVentry ClassMark to move from a paper-based registration system. We are planning to use the inVentry Evac app to check attendances in fire drills and emergencies. However, at lunchtimes members of staff may go out of school. If there is an emergency, there is a chance that the member of staff may have taken their iPad with them and so a teaching assistant may not have access to an iPad to check a class. What do you have in place in case of an emergency at lunchtimes? Should there be a safe place where teachers can leave the iPad for a teaching assistant to access? Or should we just print out attendance reports at the start of lunch? Thank you in advance for any advice.
