Hi all,
Hope you can help.
We are currently setting up inVentry ClassMark to move from a paper-based registration system. We are planning to use the inVentry Evac app to check attendances in fire drills and emergencies.
However, at lunchtimes members of staff may go out of school. If there is an emergency, there is a chance that the member of staff may have taken their iPad with them and so a teaching assistant may not have access to an iPad to check a class.
What do you have in place in case of an emergency at lunchtimes? Should there be a safe place where teachers can leave the iPad for a teaching assistant to access? Or should we just print out attendance reports at the start of lunch?
Thank you in advance for any advice.
