Hi, I have just started to work for a big Special school in Maidstone, Kent and I am trying to find any local screen replacement company's as one of our pupils ASUS Pro A4110 All in One PC's has a crack in the screen that has stopped the touch screen function from working. Looking at the screen shot the update you were having issues with is the 1809 Feature update. I have had that fail on all my PC's as well !
