  1. Hello wondering if someone could help, We've had a new Wifi solution installed (ubiquity) over the summer holidays. Since having it installed we've been getting so many complaints from Staff and Guests & students also but not too fussed about them about the lack of phone signal around the school. Was perfectly fine before installation. I totally understand that Interference could be a key player but I'm just wondering has anyone else had any issues and how they rectified it. Thanks
  2. Hello, We are experiencing some issues with shared calendars from office365 not appearing properly on Outlook2016. The invitation will be sent to the user that accept’s the invitation, this then crashes Outlook for a period of around 3-4 minutes. Once outlook has started working again we can see the calendar is visible but the user can't access(Click) on the calendar to see the content. The user can, however, access the office365 portal and access the calendar this way. We've tried a number of things to resolve the issue from deleting the users AppData, profile and still can’t see it get it to show. has anyone experienced this before? Regards
