Hello Everyone, We have a problem where users are getting blank screens when trying to log into Hwb via Safari on ipads. Accessing the site in Reader view seems to resolve it, but the option is not available in Safari settings on some ipads. The issue appears to be random. Has anyone come across this before? Any help would be appreciated. BlueRay

Hello Everyone, Does anyone know how to remove items from the Quick Access menu in Onedrive? We have a teacher who has changed schools, but retained her emaill address so she needs to remove Quick Access folders from her original school. Thanks in advance. BlueRay

Another option could be to pair schools and have a Nas box backing up for school A at school B, and vice versa?

Hi All, I am trying to come up with the best backup solution for our 10 Secondary schools. A NAS box for each school is one option along with the external HDD backup, but I'm wondering if all schools backing up to a single offsite 32Tb NAS overnight would be a better solution. The backups would be incremental after the initial full back up. My main concern is how long the backups would take. Each school has about 2Tb of data. Do you think this is a viable option? BR

Yes I'm the tech. I will try logging in as me, but not confident that will work. Will probably get access denied with Powershell

Not sure how to access their account as a Global Admin. I will try and configure the settings with Powershell hopefully that will work

Just tried to access admin.microsoft.com from my outlook account and I don't have permission. Suspect that is the reason the option is not there

I have no Admin Center available. Looks like that is my problem. I will try different browsers. How do I browse to it?

I don't think there is an option for Admin Center Snagrat. That only seems available for personal accounts not the shared mailbox

Thanks for the reply Kmount. When a user has responded to a message, there is a little arrow symbol to indicate this. I've checked the 'From' field and it defaults to the shared mailbox. I don't know where the sent item is saved to, I'm assuming its to their personal account so this fix may well work. I will let you know. BR

Hi, We have shared mailboxes configured at a number of our schools. These are all working fine except for one particular school. The issue they are having is that when one user of the shared mailbox replies to an email, the other has no way of knowing. So they will often reply to emails that have already been replied to. I have confirmed that they are definitely replying with the shared mailbox address. Any help would be appreciated. BR

Hi All, I'm trying to use DSC for new server builds. I need to copy folders from the old server to the new and retain/mirror the permissions. Can this be done by using xRobocopy? I'd like to accomplish this by using DSC and not revert to using Robocopy which we have used in the past. Thanks in advance. BlueRay
