Still struggling to get hold of toners for KM bizhub C3350i Left a message for our supplier and they didn't even call back earlier..

I didn't get any joy emailing that address. They didn't get back to me for over a week. I'm guessing that was the toner issues causing them not to reply. Quick update for you all, Just had delivered from KM, 6 x Black toners. Latest update from KM is this: Hi all, Thanks for the update. The situation is definitely getting better as the factory is back up and running, we still we be experiencing delays due to the backlog that has built up in that time. Unfortunately I don’t think we can provide certain schools priority at the moment our remote team is assessing levels of toner available for devices and prioritising that way.

Just submitted two orders for our printer via the Ebiz portal. Says not in stock at the moment. We're down 2 printers at the moment.

Still waiting for 300i Black toner here. No sign of it yet.
