Hi everybody, I googled and this is what I found, hope it will be useful: Close the DYMO Label Software Disconnect both plugs from the back of your Dymo LabelWriter (do not reconnect) Press and hold the “Windows” button on the keyboard and press the letter "R"The “Run” window appears Copy and paste the following into the window: %UserProfile%/AppData/Local and click OK Remove the folders “Dymo” and "Sanford, _L.P" Remove all Dymo printers from Control Panel -> Devices and Printers Remove Dymo Label Software from the computer via the Control Panel Press and hold the “Windows” button on the keyboard and press the letter "R" The “Run” window appears and you enter: "regedit" Go to: “HKEY_CURRENT_USER” -> “Software” -> and delete the entire DYMO folder Then “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE” -> “Software” -> and delete the entire DYMO folder Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Print \ Printers and remove the DYMO printer you are using If there are multiple DYMO printers, remove them all Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Print \ Monitors and delete all folders starting with DYMOGo to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Print \ Environments \ Windows NT x86 \ Drivers \ Version-3 and remove the printer you are using If there are multiple DYMO printers, remove them all Restart the computer (important!) Download the latest version of Dymo Label Software Start the installation by clicking on it with your right mouse button and selecting "Open as administrator" At the end of the installation, connect the LabelWriter directly to the computerWait until the drivers have been installed successfully Start the DYMO Label Software Is the software still not working? Then disconnect the DYMO LabelWriter, perform steps 7 + 18 and connect the DYMO LabelWriter to a USB port on the back. So not at the front or via a USB HUB. Cheers,
