We both run Windows 10 on our computers. Here is the gadget I am using: Dymo LabelWriter 450 It makes labels, it works, and the process should be the same as installing printers, right? I hope that now that you know what it is that it can be easier for you guys to help me with my laptop, because it drives me crazy. Thank you so much!

Hey guys, so sorry to interrupt, but I didn't want to just start a new thread for a similar issue. First, I would like to tell you that I am not big on computers and gadgets, and that's basically why I'm here. I have this device, let's call it a type of printer, but it won't get recognised by my laptop. I know that the printer is working, because it perfectly works with my friend's computer, but when I plug it in on mine, nothing happens. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you so much!
