  1. I'm starting to feel this way too. There just doesn't seem to be a reliable way to remove the default apps on newly upgraded PCs using Windows 10 Servicing in SCCM. The closest I've come to a solution is to set a logon script in local group policy that strips out the apps from the logged on user, but even then, it won't work until the 2nd time a user logs in. It doesn't seem to recognize the initial profile creation as the first logon.
  2. We'll be using the Windows 10 Servicing feature of SCCM to upgrade our machines based on deployment rings. The only downside is the default apps issue. Otherwise, the upgrade doesn't change anything about our custom image.
  3. This is similar to the way I've been deploying Windows 10 to new devices, but I need a way to remove the default apps that get re-installed as a result of upgrading 1607 to 1703 on existing devices. Any ideas?
