Hi thanks so much for your help, I have managed to find the original version that I installed in December of last year which seems to be working ok. It is version 2.0.7.0 (were there any important differences with the new version 2.0.8.9?). I am going to see if I can simple copy and paste this older version onto the schools exams' laptops. If it doesn't work then I will get back in touch with you with the config and ask you to remote in for me. Thanks very much.

Hi thanks for message, we do have 4.5 netframe but when we try to install Exams WritePad it just opens up in a application working screen but doesn't give you any change to login with candidate details and then when we close it just uninstalled. Do you have a phone number that I could call you on at all to get some further advice?

Hi I am trying to install Exam WritePad on our school's network, which has just gone over to Windows 10, but it is looking like it is not compatible as it will not install. We have downloaded it OK but just can't install onto the exams officer's computer? Please could you let me know if it is compatible with Windows 10 and if so what do I need to do. I did have it installed OK on Windows 7. Many thanks
