Hi, Still received message saying "activation was not accepted" ?

Hi I have been trying to activate this application but keep getting error message upon activating the product saying, “ The activation code entered has not been accepted” can anyone advise hwo to activate? I used to have this before on my WIN7 but now upgraded to WIN10 and need to activate it. Thanks in Advance!
