  1. Did you switch the academic year also? Should be able to click the selected academic year text at the top of the homepage to switch.
  2. Hmm, can't think of anything special I've had to do in the past. Links below detail the process https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/add-users/give-mailbox-permissions-to-another-user?view=o365-worldwide - guide on changing the permissions in the admin centre https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/access-another-person-s-mailbox-a909ad30-e413-40b5-a487-0ea70b763081?ui=en-US&rs=en-GB&ad=GB - Accessing shared mailbox
  3. I found permissions can sometimes take a little time to propagate, when did you make the changes? In the Office 365 web app, can you click your account icon in the top right, select open another mailbox and try and open the mailbox from there. Still give permission errors?
  4. Hi, sorry for slight necro, looking into this myself currently. Have you signed up to anything yet? Most seem to come with free trials so should probably just give them a go, would appreciate any first hand insights you could offer though. As well as the above, found lynda.com (LinkedIn learning). That seems to cover a pretty massive spectrum of topics though, so might be more of a case of jack of all trades, master of none. Thanks
  5. The no internet connection indicated despite it working fine rings a bell. We had problems opening online Office documents locally which was caused by this (amongst other things). Turned out to be the winHTTP proxy setting hadn't been configured correctly on affected machines. Running netsh winhttp>show proxy in cmd should give you the current value.
