Common solution is to have an AP mounted on a pole on the roof if that gives the elevation and clear view. As far as products go many vendors produce external APs fit for purpose but the trick is to get the correct antennas for the job. Directional antennas are essential to give you a stable and fast connection and if would recommend you get proper site survey done before purchasing anything at all, even if you can get line of sight.
