Please Note - This role is not working for a school. However the position will involve working across a range of schools as you form part of a wider team providing ICT technical support and development to the schools across Sefton and Liverpool who are contracted under the Primary Managed ICT Service.

In this role you will liaise with educational and public sector customers in respect of their ICT requests, including full fault and incident resolution and access to services. You will provide first point of contact support and fault resolution using onsite visit or remote management systems where available and provide documented technical solutions for users in an educational environment. You will be responsible for assisting in the completion of all relevant call\asset management records in the QSM Management System and maintaining relevant QSM\admin records at all times.
To be considered for the Schools Engineer role you must have some experience of leading a small technical team and be confident working in a customer-focused environment. It is essential you have experience working with schools or other educational establishments and can exhibit skills using Microsoft Office applications and internet/intranet communication technologies.
On a personal level you must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, be able to prioritise workloads and have a full driving license.
