Hi,I want to install the CyberStart VM into one of our ICT suites but have ran into an issue.Our proxy is client based and so when the VM is booted into the preloaded Linux OS users are able to browse the web unfiltered becuase the VM does not have the proxy client.Does anyone have any ideas about how I go about making sure the VM is filtered.Its VMWare workstation player that is being used to load the VM.Thanks
  2. Hi, Reg edit key path is (SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer) Image below of settings box This will only allow the language settings to diplay on the Windows 10 settings page. Make sure that the GPO for blocking access to winodws settings page is not set.
  3. Hi, Another setup that we have is allowing access to the language settings in the windows settings app. There is a way to only allow certain settings. This again is done with a reg edit with GPO Here is an example of what our student see

  5. Hi, I used Group Policy. User Configuration, Preferences, Windows Settings, Registry I added a keyboard layout. Attached is a screenshot of the settings needed for Spanish If you need anymore information on this I would be happy to help it took me months to get a solution for this issue. Thanks
  6. Hi I have managed to add a selection of keyboard layouts for our standard domain users with a registry edit applied with a GPO. This allows our users to select the language they want to type in from the menu in the notifications bar. The languages that just worked are Russian, French and Spanish, but when I add the registry value for Chinese simplified it wont appear in the list. Does anyone have an idea as to why Chinese does not appear even after being set in registry???? Thank you in advance for any help
