Both Interactive Immersive and gener8 systems are well designed and are good pieces of software, Gener8 is more developed for interaction its like controlling a PC from the wall. Immersive interactive sounds like their system might be more in line with what you are looking for have you seen their YouTube feeds?

It really does depend on size of image required and distance from the screen or wall the projector will be sited. If you know these measurements I can recommend a projector. Rule of thumb is 1000 ANSI per metre if there is natural ambient light.
