Are you sure it just works on the left screen? When we tried dual monitors I found the board will display the right hand screen (which we had through a splitter to the monitor and projector), but the pen would actually track across both monitors. So when we had the pen on the far left of it's projection area it was on the far left of the left hand monitor, when it was in the middle of the screen it was either on the right of the left hand monitor or left of the right hand monitor. By the time you got it to the far right of it's display area it was on the far right of the right hand monitor (the one time it actually mapped with where it was projecting the cursor). The Easy Interactive Tools seemed to imply you could tell it which screen to extend over, but the pen mapping always went across both monitors not matter how you set it in the Tools. I couldn't find a Easy Interactive Driver Calibration option, only on the projector itself which was no use.

One thing I've noticed is if you open a file it just appends it to the existing file. Is this intentional behaviour? This came up because rather than the student printing the work the teacher was reviewing and accessing then printing each students mocks, and wasn't closing the program between opening different files. Each file was added to the last file. Another request would be could you make the width of the writing area narrower to better simulate Word and other packages. We've had some complaints from a few students that the long width makes it hard to judge paragraph length and follow the line. Thanks again for your work on this.

Yes. Yeah I told the Exams staff to just tell the students to put the Paper Reference there. I think that should do, but I thought I would ask, since they asked me. Thanks for your prompt reply.

We have just tried out Exam WritePad for our college, and the exams department has told us that the papers they get don't refer to the unit code, but instead "Paper Reference" (I think it is basically the same thing), could you allow for some more control over the Candidate Info Screen?
