We use SIMS, but as I am discovering since starting this role a few months ago, nothing is as tidy and well used as it could/should be.
Since a change of staff FSM lead has changed and SIMS has not been maintained. I have been given a list from the new FSM lead, which is at least 80 students more than the report on SIMS shows.
What I would like to do, is clear all existing FSM ticks on student profiles in SIMS (is that possible in a job lot - if so how do I do that?) **would this have any impact on Ever 6?? - thinking out loud but feel free to answer if you can see something I am missing** and then import the new more accurate list which will then enable it to be maintained from this point in.
So if the above is possible, and I have a blank canvas to start with, when importing and mapping, what am I going to need to map to?
Can anybody help?
