  1. Hi, I've received the following error in my email (outlook 2016). Has anyone come across this issue before? I have checked the encoding UTF-8, Western European and it is not. Please note this happened when I received email from 2 different senders. kind regards, Moise.

  4. Hi,I have a dual monitor PC with one with a DVI connector and the other with a VGA connector. both have been tightly connected but only one screen (DVI) is working. And when I unplug the DVI cable, the VGA display Works and disappears when I put the DVI it back in. Both cables are newly replaced. pulled the power cables on both screens, pressed and hold the power buttons on both screens for few seconds still nothing. When started the widows sign comes on the VGA monitor and then i get the no signal found.i hope you can help me with this issue. Thanks,

  6. Hi, the netbooks at our college are loosing the correct time and date after the batteries are empty.I am trying to get the right time/date without replacing the CMOS battery. I am trying to find a script to run on the admin side and correct the time and date the same format as in windows 7 ie. dd/mm/yyyy. Many thanks.
