I'm new to AD and could use some help. What are the minimum rights needed to a file share containing software being rolled out by GPO? Do you have to grant user rights to that directory or can just domain computers have an assignment? Is one or the other better practice? Our users are logged in locally to the desktops as just local users, what needs done so they have the correct rights or access to install said software? Does that matter since the app is being pushed via GPO?
