Hi, Is there any chance that this could turn into a permanent position in the future?

Ty for the ideas. I did look in to delprof, but it seems things are still limited because the user is currently logged in. @Bedders, There isn't really a separation between roles in our trust. There are 7 schools and only 5+director of us IT bods. I am however going to add something like that but more general. EDIT: Now that I think about it, a short line or two of powershell that would check if a user is a member of a security group would be really REALLY handy.

Hi Guys, I'm learning C#, with the aim of creating a self help IT Support app for the trust I work at. So far, I've got the following features... Show time and date of last reboot on main page. Show Computer Name and IP addresses on main page. Show tick or cross for internet and trust network connectivity on main page. Links to each install of Spiceworks helpdesk (we have 3) that open within the app, also displaying IP and computer name on the page. All the following are accessed by clicking buttons, not all on the same page. Script to reset outlook mail profiles for all versions of outlook. Call to program that can reset student passwords. Script to clear icon cache. Script to clear offline files cache. List of phone extensions for each school in the trust. Trust AUP. Various guides and how to's for things like email signatures, reinstalling SIMS, accessing public calendars, using Google Drive, unblocking websites in ublock origin. Installing rarely used software such as the Egress Client. Script to refresh shared drives and printers. I've basically been given the go ahead to roll it out this September. The only thing I need to do is add some more useful things like guides and self help scripts that could save us time. Only thing is, I think I've pretty much covered all the bases for the common problems we deal with. There are some things that I can't script, like deleting the users local profile off the machine, because you can't delete your own profile while you're logged in for example. But if anyone else has some ideas, I'm all ears.
