  • Biography
    I have been working in IT for 15 year both in secondary and primary schools. My initial qualification was Childcare and Education with an emphasis on special needs. I progressed from technician to senior technician and now to Technical Services Coordinator, Coordinating services across all the schools in our trust. I have a special intrest in cyber security and have just completed an open university starter course on this. I am also a qualified DSE Assessor.

    The staff accounts on ours remain active until I go into System manager and untick the active box even if the have a contract end date and date of leaving set.

    I had the issue of my CPU running constantly at 100% after the install of windows 10, In the end it was a bios update that fixed the issue.

    We have Impero installed on all our computers, the staff can use the reset password tool within Impero to change students passwords
