  1. Have you got the correct authentication policies and in the correct order? Use this page to find out what each option means to correctly setup your polices. When you change these make sure you click the restart proxy button that appears in the top and wait a few minutes.
  2. It's in the Papercut Admin Interface. Go to Options > Advanced Tab > Config Editor on the right hand side box. Search for that key above and change it to the value above and press update.
  3. Papercut can hide print jobs if it thinks the user is offline. This should show up in the the log on the front page. Should say something like "(Username) is offline. Job was hidden from print release until user is online" There is a config for this to change that support told me to change to the recommended value. The config key is: print-job.offline-if-no-contact-seconds The default value is : 90 Seconds They said to change it to: 86400 Which is a day. Then jobs should appear in the job queue as soon as you change it, no restart of papercut needed.
  4. About halfway down this page are some good posters dotted around https://www.knowbe4.com/resources
  5. Hi All, Whe I try and go to the Microsoft Store For Business and click on the sticky notes app I get "we cant find the page you requested" page. So we cant install the sticky notes app on computers. The normal store app works just not on the MSFE. Is anyone else getting this?
  6. You can try Quick Assist that is built into windows 10? That supports one time codes and works over the internet. Not sure which version you have to be on though.
  7. I am having the same issue, I've tried using IKEv2 instead but apparently there is a bug with Windows 10 that drops the connection after 30 seconds but it looks like its still connected.
  8. I had a similar issue, I fixed it by not using GPP but using print management and deploying printers to the gpo I have for pupil settings.
  9. There is a pinned note in the Windows 10 Forums about this, the top one. http://www.edugeek.net/forums/windows-10/165029-how-get-rid-candy-crush-soda-saga-other-windows-10-start-menu-junk-good.html
