Due to the relocation of the current longstanding post holder we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person to join our successful ICT Team. The successful candidate will have a key role in maintaining our school’s infrastructure and ensuring ICT that works first time, every time, whenever and wherever. Duties will include providing technical support to the School through the East Sussex County Council Service Desk, maintenance works, maintaining an awareness of emerging technologies and best practice and assisting in the monitoring, reviewing and development of the school’s ICT systems.
The successful applicant will be hardworking, enthusiastic and flexible with high standards and a ‘can do’ attitude as well as the ability to work with a range of people and the willingness to support the activities of the school.
This is a permanent full-time position to be worked Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-3.30pm. There is a daily 30 minute unpaid break and 21 days annual leave entitlement. The position will be paid on Local Pay Structure; Single Status Grade 7/8, £20,049 - £23,606 gross. There will be opportunities for future development.
