Good morning AlexM, We're sorry that you are having problems with Lynx, Rob pointed out your comment and I thought it good to reply. The Lynx software does not use anything called sandman or sandman2, so we are a little perplexed. Where did you get this version of the software from? The current downloads for Lynx are available from: https://download.saharasupport.com/ Official support channels are available via: https://support.clevertouch.com/support-cases/new (Where we can get you answers to questions very quickly) Please provide us with a screenshot of the crash and details of where you got the software from and I'll be happy to progress this further? Good afternoon, The standard convention for EXE and MSI files is that they have their version as part of their properties. If you right click on any Lynx EXE or MSI file, select 'Properties' and select the 'Details' tab, it will list the version number so you can be assured which version you are installing. The download link on the CleverTouch website always points to the latest version (hence why no version number in the file name). The Release Notes are linked on that page as well so you can know what the latest version is and what changed. The Lynx Launcher on the CleverTouch website, will keep Lynx up to date for you if you install that. Also, if you have a question or feedback about Lynx that you would like the developers of Lynx to see, there are options in the Help menu. Regards Phil
