scenario: I have a hp proliant server with 6 SAS Hdd drive it's already running server suddenly OS is corrupted now it's not booting just i checked one hard drive failed now i want to replace the hard drive and i want configure it Raid so may i format all hard drives to configure raid disk?

Thanks for giving to me helpful information It's a hp Proliant server HP EG0600FBLFH and it's installed windows 2012 server my client told me one hard drive is fail it's not booting also. in this scenario i want to replace the hard drive how would i replace the hard drive what should i do? Could you please tell me basic steps how would i know which hard drive has problem and how would i know is this absolutely hard drive problem what ever it is i should done without losing the data please help me..
