I've came across this thread from google and was the reason to join the forum to post this reply if it may help you. please check my post in the support forum at promethean website here The latest version or ActivInspire 2.6 has a problem with many other hardwares and many reported this issue. You are not alone hehehehe I hope if they solve this issue and upgrade the software soon. Try 2.5 if you have it or 2.4. Hope this help.

Hi, I hope that I am not violating anything by asking if someone has a copy of this version of ActivInspire because it is no longer exists in the main website and only v2.6 exists. Reason is the latest version does not work with my Wacom Intuos Pro and I want to try the previous version. I did posted in the support forum.
