I'm Blake Soiu the IT Director for one of the largest Gift giving philanthropic Foundations in the USA - The Jim Joseph Foundation which has currently gifted upwards of 400 million dollars to date! I began with Interland LLC which was the catalyst for the founders ability to create the Foundation and continue to fund it through the real estate portfolio he built while alive.
