I have the exact same problem and was wondering if you managed to find a workaround?
I have spoken to Microsoft and was told that this is not on the roadmap and so I would need to submit it as feedback, so it can be added.
However, Microsoft did post a message in the in the Message Center on 07/02/2017 stating "We will be replacing this behavior by sending these mails from the original sender’s mailbox (as opposed to a no-reply address) in the near future. We’ll be gradually rolling this out to First Release customers in early February",but this message seems to have disappeared from the Message center.
