So i'm still having the windows 10 "can't log on with no password issue".. sort of. I, like a lot of you, have generic users per-school for k-2 kids. There has been no password ever assigned, and no issues in win7 or win8. now, here's where it gets odd.. one of the student accounts works across the board, with no password. anything i image with 10, it will log on, no problem. but the other 3, which are in the same groups, same OU, will not.
Also, some hardware (notably MS Surfaces) will take any of the student accounts, with no password, without issues.
I checked logs on the DC and the local machine, and it's like it's not even trying. there are no errors that i can find. It just says "username or password is incorrect" immediately. any user with a password works fine..
help? I have checked the older threads on this issues and tried everything there, but haven't resolved it.
