Hello, I’m looking for assistance, as I can’t be the only person this has happened to. I have iPad Airs on iOS 8 that are managed through Meraki with a profile locking them into a single app. They have lost their wifi connection so they are now stuck in this app. I’m concerned the only way to get them unstuck is to do a DFU on them. However, I believe that will also cause them to remove themselves from being managed and supervised by Meraki again. Any advice? Thanks, HM
