    Hi, This worked for us! Uncheck the option "Turn on fast startup (recommended)" under Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options >Choose what the power buttons do in windows. Also under Power Options > Edit Advanced Power Settings, Check the NIC's are set to 'Maximum Performance' Hope this helps!
