1. No, touch capability is fine on all our Clevertouch screens, its the fact they keep losing the PC signal that's causing us grief. No resolution yet, still awating contact from Clevertouch's Technical Manager. Paul
 2. Simon, did your issues get resolved or are they still on-going?
 3. Hi, We've been experiencing lots of issues in the school with the majority of our Clevertouch Plus 65" models and the PCs they are connected to via HDMI. Teachers are regularly complaining of the Clevertouch screens not mirroring the displays and being either blank or saying "NO SIGNAL". All PCs are the same model, Lenovo M800Z All-In-One, fully updated. The PCs are configured with power settings as follows: Turn off Hard Disk: Never Sleep: After 60 minutes

Turn off display after: After 30 minutes

Allow hybrid sleep: On Hibernate after: Never I'm starting to pull my hair out over this! Occasionally, I can get the picture back by switching the cable on the Clevertouch from HDMI1 to HDMI2. Returning it to HDMI1 fails to bring the picture back. Surely the Turn the Display off option can't be causing this? Any help much appreciated. Paul
 4. Hi all, Hopefully one of you fine people can help me out. I've installed SIMS (for the first time) on a laptop and it completed successfully. However when trying to log in to SIMS we get the error shown below: I've got the sims.ini and connect.ini configured correctly and they both match another laptop we have that has SIMS on and that works flawlessly. I can't seem to get to the bottom of this! I've tried 2 different SIMS logins and reinstalled SIMS twice but to no avail. It's obviously reaching the SIMS server successfully because it's prompting me for a username and password but right after entering these details I get the error. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Paul
