Hi, Just come across this thread as I am currently having the same problem at our school. We have Konica Minolta printers and been experiencing the print spooler crashing quite alot recently with Windows Server 2012 and Windows 10. After alot of trying to find the issue, I believe it is Edge causing the issue printing PDF files. I have updated Drivers etc but still having no effect. Did you manage to fix this issue? And if so what did you do? Im trying to figure out how to change the default programs via group policy so I can change PDF to open in Adobe Acrobat DC. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
