Hi, I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and I reinstalled all the smart software. When i go to launch any of the software i get the following message: "The program failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect." Does anyone know what this means or how to fix this? Thanks

I have calibrated the board with the smart software. I have completed an 80 point calibration. The white membrane is tight. We took the board away from the old whiteboard that is behind it and this helped the problem, there is still a little area about three quarters of the way down the board. Thank you for your help.

Hi, I have recently purchased a SMART Board SB660. Everything is fine but when I touch the left hand side of the board (Pen or Finger) the ink or cursor moves about three centimetre's away from where I touched. The board is currently mounted on a old whiteboard and the edge of the whiteboard is metal. The board will be moved soon. We have tried to move the board so there was not metal on metal connection but no help. If you could help that would be great. I am hoping that it is an easy fix and that it wont cost much! Thank you.
