    Dfe laptops

We are having the laptops back to 'reset' them and then hand them back out again. I want to image them to prevent having to individually setup the local user account on each device and any other software we might want on the device. However, this causes an issue with the windows license as I don't want the laptops picking up on our KMS key then deactivating after months of being offsite. How are others getting around this or are you just resetting to factory settings then manually setting up local accounts etc on each device?

  7. The closing Date has been extended to Thursday 13th December 2018.
  8. When staff leave here their 365 account gets blocked which, as simpsonj correctly says, by default gives a 30 days grace before permanently deleting the mailbox. However, this is not ideal for us and until we confirm a retention period for mailboxes I manually run these commands: • get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited | Set-Mailbox -LitigationHoldEnabled $true • get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited -Filter {RecipientTypeDetails -eq "UserMailbox"} | Set-Mailbox -LitigationHoldEnabled $true https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/office365/SecurityCompliance/place-a-mailbox-on-litigation-hold As regards to student work, a letter is sent to all students with a notice that they can appeal any marks/grades by 20th September and that work will be destroyed from December. Currently we keep student IT work for a year. I am not sure from a data protection point of view how long student work should be kept, but if it is not needed by the school then there is no need to keep it.

  10. I might try recording myself when its a bit quiet just to be sure. As for the squat, I cant see where I would fit it into my weekly routine. I would have to drop a couple of excercises to fit in it in. My routine from 6.20 - 7.10am... Monday: Deadlift, other back bits, little biceps Tuesday: Bench Press, other chest bits, little triceps Wednesday: Say in bed! Thursday: Shoulders Press, other shoulder bits Friday: ARMS!
  11. You are a monster! The most I have deadlifted is 100kg 7 reps, I only do dumbell bench which my current best is with two 32kg dumbells 10 reps, overhead dumbell press two 22kg dumbells 13 reps (find it hard to lift up any heavier into position) and never Squat. 5 foot 7 in inches and just over 11 stone. Cant do anything about my height unfortunately! Form does concern me with Deadlifting but I think I have it ok. Its currently my favourite excercise.
  12. Ben-at-work you genius! That worked, thank you. Nickalmond - give it a go

  14. Thanks for the reply's so far. Techyluke, nice idea sadly still no luck. Alfatec, I have already set it up as you have explained with all sorts of different folder locations pulled from Activity monitor for PCClient on a mac without any restrictions. But no luck. The image shows just the path in Applications.
  15. Hi, I have been able to successfully setup Papercut PCClient on macs (OS Yosemite) to log and update users printing with no Profile Manager restrictions enabled. However, when I apply Profile Managers apps restrictions I receive the following message even though PCClient is added in the allowed list... You don't have permission to use the application "PCClient." Has anyone come across this issue? Does anyone know if Profile Manager does its check/block based on digital signatures? Thanks
