Hi Caffrey, If it works for a teacher but not student then I would look at the differences in the core blocked category for the two groups. Probably something like file hosting. Teacher has it, student doesn't. If using chrome or IE then use the dev tools to look at what is being requested and what is being received. F12 will take you there, if you have not disabled it.
