Cheers for the Advice. I will make the above changes. the erase all content etc is supervised only and the students never have the details to be able to do this. I will update once i have made the changes to see if that makes any difference to our issue Thanks for taking the time to help

Yeah Im not sure whats going on really. Icloud is is 100% disabled and its every app no matter if it has a storage option or not. All devices are supervised. We currently don't use a MDM and never did in AC. Cant find any documentation saying we need to for AC2?

Yeah we are logged in as the VPP account in AC2. All the apps we purchased through the VPP are available for us to install. The only reason i mentioned Itunes was because some people have suggested it. But as said it didn't seem to make a difference. Still the same issue occured.

We can get the profiles and most of the Apps onto the Ipad. Our problem mainly is a couple of apps throwing out the unexpected error and the apps we do get onto the Ipad are requiring users to log into an Itunes account before the app will run. All Free apps have been purchased through the VPP, logged into our main purchasing account on Itunes. Yet every time we push out the apps onto the Ipad they will not run.

We are on 1.7.2 but cant find anything on 1.7.3. We still have a mac thats on Yosemite that is running 1.7.2 and there is no update available. Surely apple wouldnt hold back the update for people still on Yosemite? I have no idea why AC2 is being such a pain. But by the looks of this post we are not the only ones having issues

We are having exactly the same issues here with AC2. But we are now having issues with AC and cant seem to go back to using this either. When trying to supervise an existing Ipad we just get "cant restore from back up as its set to never update" - if we it allow it to update the Ipad to IOS9 its not compatible with the original AC. Any suggestions?
