Latest response for us is a senior engineer is looking into it (no ETA), and have asked for multiple session IDs after reproducing the issue. Desktop app does work fine.

Hi, we are experiencing the same thing. Been in contact with Microsoft and apparently it's a "known issue" and they are looking into it. very random sometimes happens straight away sometimes after 3 attempts of starting slideshow.

Hello, We are having an issue with Office at the moment mainly causing issues with outlook. It's totally random but when staff open outlook they are getting a network issue error message "We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again later." A restart fixes this temporarily. What we have tried: Updating from office 2019 to 2021. Run this in powershell on the computer: "Disable-NetAdapterChecksumOffload -Name "*" -TcpIPv4" - This kicks it back into action temporarily. re-image the computers having issues. Hello, We are having an issue around our site where users are trying to open any excel spreadsheet, and it just gets stuck on the loading splash screen, and sometimes even crashes. The only way to get around this at the moment, is to end the Excel process and re-open and it and it opens fine first time, which is not ideal. We are currently running Windows 10 Education 64 bit, Version 1703 with Microsoft office 2016. Has anyone came across this and found or fix, or have any ideas to progress with resolving this issue? Thank you.

Hello, We currently have an issue with a smart board, when you login as a user, you can use the interactive touch for a minute or so, then it will stop working and will think your touching the top left of the smart board. It is not a board or cable issue we think as we have tried a different Board and a Different USB cable. We are running windows 10 - happens on any machine we plug into the board, as I said we tried different boards issue persists. Anyone had this issue? Thanks Brad.

Hello We are having an issue with Microsoft Office 2016, where if a user clicks a hyperlink it pops open a proxy authentication window. Also if the user clicks cancel it still opens up the website. Is there a way to stop the proxy authentication window from appearing? as we want our users to be allowed to access the website. Below is a screen shot of the window that pops up: Thanks, Brad.

Hello, We have an issue with Powerpoint switching display settings from Duplicating monitor and Interactive Promethean Screen. If the Interactive screen is turned off, and the Powerpoint gets played full screen then the screen is turned on, when pressing escape to end the slideshow, it switches output options to Digital Screen only, so the monitor has No Signal. However if the Screen is turned on before slideshow is played full screen, when pressing escape to end the slideshow, it acts normal and keeps it duplicated. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi, We want to office 2016 to show the separate window for saving, like previous versions. I have selected the option for "don't show backstage", this works great, it brings the window up for save option via shortcut and through file save etc. However, when we go to "save as" in file, it still shows that backstage look. Is there any way to remove Save as option, or have that separate window for saving on the save as option as well as just save? Also if neither are possible is there a way to customise the save as menu on the right under older? as it is giving option to save on the desktop. Thanks.

Hello, We are working on setting up Office 2016 on a Windows 10 Client. We have come across a problem, when users try saving, they get the option to save as local only. We have managed to get save as, then browse to the roaming profiles, but there is also two options to the right: C:\users\Documents and redirected desktop share, How do you remove these? Same applies once going to File, then open, tries opening from local profiles.

Hi, I am restoring a Win 10 System image that I created onto a new Kingston 120gb SSD. Problem is when I try and go to System image recovery from a disk, it says failed because it saying no disk can be found. Well in my boot selection in the Bios the Kingston SSD is showing up so it is detecting it, Any ideas please thanks.

No children can access the mouse settings, also this problem does not occur in any rooms with smart boards only Promethean boards.

We have experienced 3 computers with mouses that are switching the mouse buttons around (left click is now right click). All rooms with this problem have Promethean boards? Any solutions? Thanks.
