Hello, are you still having an issue with this? If you run the 'killall Dock' command when logged in does this change from a question mark to your shared drive? Are your permissions set correctly with the AD user?

Hello Carter, I have been having this same issue on multiple sites and not had any luck. When running the scipt i'm getting the following error: tell current application do shell script "whoami" --> "Wes" do shell script "dscl '/Active Directory/school/All Domains/' -read /Users/Wes | grep SMBHome: | cut -c 10- | sed 's/\\\\/\\//g' " --> "" end tell tell application "Finder" mount volume "SMB:" --> error number -10004 end tell tell application "Script Editor" mount volume "SMB:" --> error number -1715 end tell Is there anything else that you had to do to get this working? Has anyone else had this working? Thanks! Wes

Thanks Sted, i'l have a play around tonight. I want to take photo finishes at a swimming gala so i'd be in one steady position and i'd be using continuous shooting. so if increase the shutter speed this will be better? I think i was having problems because I was reducing the speed instead

Hi gilly, sorry you didnt manage to resolve this. You may want to make sure System Restore and Shadow Copy is enabled to reduce the chance of this happening again. -
Anyone got any advice on taking 'action' shots? I always get blurry pictures when there's motion. cheers fella's.

has anyone had an issue with the smart boards where you cannot calibrate? regardless of machine connected to the board. same boards as other classrooms, the SMART software recognises the board in other rooms but not on this particular board. it recognises that the device is plugged in but does not recognise that it is a smart board. I have reset the board using the tiny reset button. im starting to think its a hardware issue with the board, but it throws me off that the computer detects the device but the software doesn't! tested on known working machines and also a new machine with a fresh install. Thanks!
