As a newbie to timetabling I would appreciate advice on making changes to the live timetable during the school year. The advice I've had is to make all changes to staffing and rooming in T-6 then export each time - but the SIMS manual suggests using the Academic Management facilities in SIMs.net for ongoing changes, and just using T-6 to design/build the timetable each year. What do people think - and what are the advantages/disadvantages of both option? Advice is much appreciated!
