£20-24,000 dependent on experience.

Due to continued expansion, iCT4 Limited seek a proactive Senior ICT Support Engineer to join their team of dedicated professionals to provide on-site support to schools in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas.

Objectives
· Provide proactive support to our customers at all times, always considering the educational context of your decisions.
· Maintain positive relationships with all key personnel and ensure a consistently high level of support.
· Work with your colleagues to maintain internal knowledgebase systems and customer-facing support systems.
· Provide support to the team with account management and business development opportunities.
· Assist in the delivery of a range of projects and new services currently in the pipeline.
· Liaise with and manage the workload of other on-site ICT staff as required.
Nature of Work Undertaken
The post-holder will be instrumental in taking our friendly and dynamic business forward, sharing best practice and researching new technologies to further improve efficiency of ICT support and the quality of our service. They will be involved in the day-to-day on-site service for SLA sites, undertaking all associated technical aspects of ICT support on behalf of the client. As part of our service, we provide project management for all supported sites and the successful candidate will provide assistance at all points during the procurement process, ensuring best value for money for customers is always attained. The role also encompasses all aspects of computer and network repair and maintenance including servers and peripherals. This role may require some flexible working outside of office hours to cover some client requirements. As travel is an integral part of the role you must have a full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle (mileage can be reclaimed in line with the iCT4 expenses policy).
The Person
The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for customer service, be able to manage their time effectively and must be self-starter, who is comfortable working alone as well as part of a team. They must be able to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills, a flair for technology and a history of excellent client relations. We are looking for a natural problem solver with a good working knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012R2, Windows 7/8/10, Apple Mac OS X, iOS, Active Directory, Group Policy, networking and hardware.
