If your Outlook clients are using Cached Exchange mode it normally takes a full day for the address list to update. That doesn't explain OWA being outdated though, so my suggestion is to update the GAL from Exchange Management Shell, using this command: Update-GlobalAddressList -Identity By the way, you must have the super secret Exchange 2012 -- the rest of us are using Exch2013.
