  1. Hello everyone! Long time reader, first time poster . We're trying to make Wacom Intuos tablets work through remote desktop on thin clients. The thin clients are Wyse R10L and D10D thin clients, all running ThinOS 8.0.522. We have the passthrough working fine (modified the wnos.ini to force the ID of the tablet through to the client, it's being picked up fine). The remote session (be it Server 2012R2 RDS or Windows 8.1 enterprise VDI's) picks up the tablet just fine, the wacom software sees the tablet, allows you to interact with the tablet, buttons work ect. What doesn't work is pen mapping. The pen will not move the cursor around on the screen. I moved cursor speed on the thin client down as low as it would go, and that actually made the cursor respond in the remote session (you can now tap, draw, and anything you'd normally do with the tablet). This would work fine, except the user can't actually see the cursor move. The mouse cursor stays in place until the user taps some where or is actively drawing. I'm guessing this means that we need to go yet lower with cursor speed, but we can't get any lower. I need some options! These must work in this environment (it doesn't have to work in both 2012 and 8.1, if it needs to work only in 8.1 VDI's I can spin up the few more we'd need for coverage). Please help!
