What is this SIMS tool called please? I am part of an SSU and can find out nothing about this. Have spoken to Capita and they say they don't know of such a thing!!!! Have several schools who want to import student emails from AD into SIMS for Options Online.

Hi ilsley_SIMS, Thanks for you prompt reply. Once I have matched the fields and I click OK it starts listing the students and against the staus for each one it says "import email". It will carry on listing the students on a per line basis and then suddenly stop and close the program. It will stop at different students so I cannot isolate it to anyone in particular. Any thoughts please?

I to am having problems with this tool. I downloaded the latest version yesterday. I created a csv file with Admission No, Surname, Forename, Email and Location. I can connect to the database, browse and open the csv and pick the fields that I want to import. On clicking import it starts to process the file and then just closes the tool. It never imports anything and there is no blank data in the csv file. This is the first time we have tried to use this tool so have no previous experience to refer to. Any help would be very much appreciated.
